How does the lifecycle work?

Buy the pass, then set the event date. You get 30 days of full setup access before that date. Three days before the event, the date locks in. Day-of and the 13 days after are your active editing window (enter scores, fix typos, change pairings). Then it goes read-only for two weeks — view, print, share. After that the data stays in your First Cut Golf account permanently as a read-only archive. Buy another pass next year and the history is right there.

What if my event is bigger than 144 players?

Custom Jobs covers it. Send me an email with the rough player count, formats, and any branding requirements. Pricing starts at $750 and goes up depending on scope.

Can I add sponsorships to a pass I already bought?

Yes. Pay the difference ($150) any time during the setup window and the sponsor management features unlock immediately. Email me and I will get it sorted.

Who runs all this?

Me. I have run the tournament side of our men's association for eight years. If something is broken or annoying, email me. I will probably fix it that night.

Have an event you are about to start prepping for?

The pass is ready to buy. Setup takes about an hour the first time. Start a month early and you will be relaxed the morning of.
